Anatomie ships domestically via UPS and internationally via DHL. Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2 PM EST begin processing the same day and ship within 24 hours, pending product availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day. Military addresses and P.O. boxes ship via USPS. If any issue arises with your order or payment, a Customer Care representative will contact you directly.

International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes, in addition to shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges
Anatomie accepts returns and exchanges of full-priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with all tags attached within 14 days of the order date. Returns received after 14 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
For domestic orders, we provide a prepaid return label. A flat $8 shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges for a different size or style ship free in both directions.
Sale items, last chance items, and packing cubes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Curated Bundle Returns
Curated bundles are priced to reflect a 15% discount for purchasing the pieces together. You can exchange either or both items for a different size or color at any time within the return window, and your bundle discount remains intact. You can also return the full bundle for a complete refund.
If you return one item and keep the other, the bundle is no longer complete. The item you keep reverts to its full retail price, and your refund is calculated accordingly.
Example: Kate Pant ($295) + Kenya Jacket ($795) = $1,090 retail. With the 15% bundle discount, you paid $926.50. If you return the Kenya Jacket and keep the Kate Pant, the Kate Pant returns to its $295 price, and your refund for the Kenya Jacket is $631.50.
If one item in your bundle arrives damaged or defective, you keep the bundle discount on the other piece. We’ll refund or replace the affected item at no cost to you.

International Returns
International return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide return labels for international orders. Returns must be received within 14 days of the order date. Duties and taxes paid at the time of import are non-refundable. 

Refunds
Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return for your refund to post to your original payment method.
