786-561-4526Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays. We only use USPS for Military addresses and P.O. boxes. We will begin processing orders the same day when placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment. International orders are shipped via DHL. *For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders in addition to shipping charges.
We strongly encourage re-using your original shipment package for exchanges/returns. If you do not have it, that is okay too.

Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-final-sale items with all tags attached for exchange or refund within 14 days of the order date.  Any returns received after 14 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.Â

Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.
A return label is provided by Anatomie for domestic orders on full priced items, a portion of the shipping charge will be accrued based on the quantity of items with a maximum of $8. If you are exchanging for a new size or style, shipping is complementary. To initiate an exchange, request a return, or store credit please click here to visit our self-service return portal.
We do not offer return labels for SALE items, LAST CHANCE items or PACKING CUBES.
