Returns Policy

Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise, non-final-sale styles with all tags attached for refund within 14 days from receipt.

All Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable for refund or exchange 

A return label is provided by Anatomie for domestic orders on full price items over $100. A portion of the return shipping will be accrued based on the quantity of items with a maximum charge of $8. If you are exchanging for a new size or style, shipping is complimentary. To initiate an exchange, request a return, or store credit, please visit our self-service return portal by clicking here.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are processed in the order received, so we ask our customer to please allow about 14 business days from the date your order was delivered for our team to complete them. We will send you a final notification email once processing has been completed. 

If your order included a gift with purchase, please include the gift when returning your order. If the gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount

NOTE:
Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.

We DO NOT offer return labels for SALE items or PACKING CUBES.

Curated Bundle Returns & Exchanges
Our curated travel bundles are designed as complete outfits, and the 15% savings reflects the value of purchasing the pieces together. Our return policy is designed to give you flexibility while preserving the intent of the bundle.
Exchanges. Exchange either piece — or both — for a different size or color within our standard return window. Your bundle discount stays intact.
Full returns. Return both items together for a full refund of what you paid, within our standard return window.
Partial returns. If you return one item and keep the other, the bundle is no longer complete, and the 15% bundle discount no longer applies. The item you keep will be repriced at its full retail price, and your refund will reflect that adjustment.
Example: Kate Pant ($295) + Kenya Jacket ($795) = $1,090 retail. With the 15% bundle discount, you paid $926.50. If you return the Kenya Jacket and keep the Kate Pant, the Kate Pant returns to its $295 price, and your refund for the Kenya Jacket is $631.50 ($926.50 − $295).
Defective or damaged items. If one item arrives defective or damaged, you keep your bundle discount on the other piece. We’ll refund or replace the affected item at no cost to you.
Style exchanges. Swapping one of the bundle pieces for a different style is treated as a partial return, and the bundle discount will be recalculated as above.
Gifts. Bundles purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit at the bundle price. Partial gift returns follow the same recalculation as above.

Price Adjustment Policy

Anatomie Price Adjustment Policy for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Major Sale Events

At Anatomie, we value your loyalty and are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items if they go on sale within 7 days of your e-commerce purchase. This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store; sales made through other channels, outlets, and retail stores are excluded from eligibility.

To be eligible for a price adjustment, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Limited-Time Window: Price adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the original e-commerce purchase date.

• One-Time Adjustment Per Item: Each item is eligible for only one price adjustment, even if additional discounts occur.

• Eligible Items Only: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

• Discount Code Exclusions: Items purchased with exclusive or promotional discount codes are not eligible for price adjustments.

Gift With Purchase Return Policy: 

• Eligibility and Conditions: To qualify for a Gift With Purchase promotion, customers must meet the specified minimum purchase amount (before taxes, shipping, and/or other fees) as stated in the promotion details.

• Returns and Refunds: If a customer returns any item that reduces the original purchase amount below the minimum requirement, the gift item must also be returned. Failure to return the gift will result in the deduction of the gift’s retail value from the refund amount.

• Gift Retention: If the customer wishes to keep the gift item despite returning part of the order, the retail value of the gift will be subtracted from the refund.

• Non-Refundable Gift Items: Gifts received as part of a promotion are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned independently.

• Promotion Limitations: This policy applies to all Gift With Purchase promotions, regardless of the specific terms of each individual offer. Anatomie reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice.

European Union Only:  Returns Policy 

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area (EEA), or Northern Ireland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by submitting our EU Withdrawal Form and then initiating a return in our International Returns Portal. You may also reach out to our Customer Service Team by sending a clear written statement to customerservice@anatomie.com

Returning your items: Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs for EU customers are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items, or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Condition of returned items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value is due to unnecessary handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions — items excluded from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that have been clearly personalized or custom-made to your specifications

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Please note: The EU right of withdrawal applies regardless of whether an item is marked as "Final Sale." Final Sale restrictions apply only to customers outside the EU/EEA.
