786-561-4526Anatomie’s Limited Lifetime Guarantee applies exclusively to select items within our Essentials Collection, including pants, jackets, skirts, and shorts ("Eligible Items"). This guarantee covers the integrity of our fabrics and is limited to the original owner for product repair or replacement with proof of purchase. It does not include zippers, buttons, and other hardware components.
The Limited Lifetime Guarantee excludes damages resulting from abuse, damaged or missing hardware, loose threads, seams, snags, cosmetic or stain issues, and incidental damages. The customer is responsible for initial shipping costs when sending items to us, and Anatomie will cover the return shipping for eligible repaired or replaced items. Items purchased from resellers or clearance centers are not eligible for replacement under this guarantee.
