Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays. We only use USPS for Military addresses and P.O. boxes. We will begin processing orders the same day when placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment. International orders are shipped via DHL. *For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders in addition to shipping charges.
At checkout you may add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. Protection covers your purchase against the following while in transit:
• Damage during shipping
• Loss in transit
• Theft after delivery confirmation but before receipt
If something happens to a protected order, file a claim at Submit a Claim. Most claims are reviewed within 24 hours, and approved claims are resolved by replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Shipping Protection is optional and can be removed at checkout before placing the order. It only covers transit-related issues; standard returns, exchanges, and final-sale rules are described below.
We strongly encourage re-using your original shipment package for exchanges/returns. If you do not have it, that is okay too.

Returns & Exchanges:
Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-final-sale items with all tags attached for exchange or refund within 14 days of the order date.
To process your Exchange or Request to Return, please click here: 'RETURNS/EXCHANGES' section online. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on worn or altered merchandise.
Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.
A return label is provided by Anatomie for domestic orders on full priced items, a portion of the shipping charge will be accrued based on the quantity of items with a maximum of $8. If you are exchanging for a new size or style, shipping is complementary. To initiate an exchange, request a return, or store credit please click here to visit our self-service return portal.
We do not offer return labels for SALE items, LAST CHANCE items or PACKING CUBES.
