BUYING
- Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an eGift Card?
No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card, and we will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.
- Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I've paid for it?
Not at this time.
- How do I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?
If you chose a delivery date that is in the future, you can cancel your purchase by contacting Customer Support

- What payment methods do you accept?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- When does the eGift Card expire?
The Anatomie eGift Card expires three years after purchase.

All personal and financial information is transmitted using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection managed by Shopify.
- What if I lose my eGift Card?
Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.
Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays. We only use USPS for Military addresses and P.O. boxes. We will begin processing orders the same day when placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment. International orders are shipped via DHL. *For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders in addition to shipping charges.

- $50 flat rate for International orders under $500.00
- Free ground shipping for military addresses

- UPS ground: delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days
- UPS 3 day select: delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days
- UPS 2 day: delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: delivery is guaranteed in the next business day

We strongly encourage re-using your original shipment package for exchanges/returns. If you do not have it, that is okay too.

Returns & Exhanges:
Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-final-sale items with all tags attached for exchange or refund within 14 days of the order date. Any returns received after 14 days will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.
A return label is provided by Anatomie for domestic orders on full priced items, a portion of the shipping charge will be accrued based on the quantity of items with a maximum of $8. We do not offer return labels for SALE items, LAST CHANCE items or PACKING CUBES.
