SHIPPING

Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays.

We only use USPS for Military addresses and P.O. boxes.

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) only.
*For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders additional to shipping charges.

Your order will begin processing the same day if placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST (excluding holidays) and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday will be processed by Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has incurred with your order or payment.

RATES FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Free ground shipping for all domestic orders, $150 minimum spend, in the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico excluded)
Free shipping for International orders over US $500.00
• $50 flat rate for International orders under US $500.00
• Free ground shipping for military addresses

DELIVERY METHODS:

USPS Priority Mail: delivery typically occurs within 3-5 business days
UPS ground: delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days
UPS 3 day select: delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days
UPS 2 day: delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days
UPS Next Day Air: delivery is guaranteed in the next business day



RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We strongly encourage re-using your original shipment box to exchange or return your merchandise. If you do not have it, that is okay too.

EXCHANGES:

We are now offering exchanges for ALL styles in our catalog, so long as we have the stock available at the time of the exchange. This means you may select the same style, different style, different color and/or size. Exclusions apply to items marked FINAL SALE. All items found on our sale page are considered FINAL SALE. Terms apply.

It's that time of year again!  As usual we will implement our return policy for items purchased during the holidays can be returned until 1/31/23. Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise, non-final-sale styles with all tags attached for refund. 


RETURNS:

Anatomie will gladly accept returns of full priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached for refund within 30 days from the time the order was placed.

All SALE / LAST CHANCE clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.


Returns are accepted if they meet our return policy requirements. These requirements are set in place to prevent the return of personally damaged or used garments and to assure the high quality of our products.

A return label is offered by Anatomie for domestic orders on full price items. A portion of the return shipping will be accrued based on the quantity of items with a maximum charge of $8. If you are exchanging for a new size or style, shipping is complementary. 


We do not offer return labels for FINAL SALE items or PACKING CUBES.

Online orders are eligible for refund or store credit only. Please, read carefully the following:
• You have 30 days to make a return (both US and International). Anatomie will not be responsible to refund duties costs incurred.

• Anatomie will refund item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached

• You can easily make a return by clicking here and following the instructions. (If you need further help, please contact our Shipping & Returns Department at 305-576-1900 (Ext.3).

• If you have any questions or concerns or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the garments, please give us a call at 305-576-1900

All clearance (last chance) items are final sale and cannot be returned
Garments that have been altered are not returnable
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be credited to your account, after we have received your item
