Anatomie’s Lifetime Guarantee applies only to select items within our Essentials Collection, including pants, jackets, skirts, and shorts (“Eligible Items”). This guarantee covers the integrity of our fabrics and is available only to the original owner, with proof of purchase, for repair or replacement at Anatomie’s discretion. This guarantee does not cover zippers, buttons, or other hardware components.
ExclusionsThis Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage or issues caused by misuse or abuse; damaged, altered, or missing hardware; loose threads; seam issues; snags; cosmetic concerns; stains; or incidental/secondary damages.
ShippingThe customer is responsible for shipping costs to send Eligible Items to Anatomie. Anatomie will cover return shipping for Eligible Items that are repaired or replaced under this guarantee.
Non-Eligible PurchasesItems purchased from resellers or clearance centers are not eligible for replacement under this guarantee.
