"I bought this coat for my daughter for her 2 week trip to Scotland where it rains a lot! She said it was the perfect waterproof rain coat and looks great. Runs true to size but is roomy enough to layer sweaters beneath. Some people said they didn't like the belt-she does! She is 5'10'' and the size 12 is perfect for her."
