I use these mostly for hiking. Just bought a second pair before a trip to Italy. The light grey are made from thicker fabric than my dark grey pair. The dark grey pair are fantastically quick drying - perfect for washing in a hote sink. The light weight also makes them good for hiking - not too warm but protect my legs from branches, bugs, etc. Look ok for a post-hike lunch or dinner. For cold weather, I layer them over leggings. They are too big in the waist, and require me to alter them. That’s the only reason it isn’t 5 Stars.
I own 4 pair in different colors, and wear them year round. The material and fit is very comfortable, and can be dressed up or down. I am 5’11 and the length is perfect. I had a question on this purchase, and decided to hit the chat button. Customer Service was excellent, and I placed the order. Next thing I know, I’m getting an email telling me my order shipped, and here’s the tracking number!! Within 20 minutes! Boy do I feel special !! Thank-you chat person! WOW
I have tried several different styles and the Skyler seems to be the best fit for me. I am 5’1” and 108 and the small is a good fit. I am 65 years old and have an athletic build. Can’t wait to take these in the moss green on my safari this year. I am wearing them at home first a few times. I pack for 2 1/2 weeks of safari in a carry on. So the Anatomie clothes i have purchased will make my carry on even lighter! I do think this brand is a bit overpriced, even on sale. Let’s hope that i look stylish and they wear well for years to come!!
These pants are so comfortable and are the perfect weight for spring and fall and freezing airplanes! I hope you will make these in black in this same weight fabric! The for perfectly!
After the fiasco in December when you refused to take back apair of ( new style) loose fit black pants that had never been worn, I was pretty fed up with your customer service. I still do not trust them, so this order was my last attempt at getting your ultralightweight fabric. But I will say that I believe your sizing is way off for most Americans. I think you need to rethink that. The pair I ordered was an XL, and it fits like the Kuhl Splash roll-ups in a size 12. Only the waist is far too large. I plan to have that redone to fit better, as a belt would make large bulky creases at the top.
I weigh 124 and am 5’4”....by no means overweight, however I do not like pants that crawl up my crotch, and tend to be too high in the waist,
and far too tight...stretch or no stretch! I’d like to see some lower waisted options in the future, and something other than skin tight pants. A real straight leg would be nice too.
Luckily the Moss Green color is a good year-round color, which is why I got them, along with a looser fit, and the ability to make them more straight-legged after cutting off the excess length.
I don’t really know who your target purchasers are? But if you want older women with money to
spend, I would highly suggest that you come up with some pants that are more suitable for real women. Not all of us are teenagers or runway models!
I bought these for an upcoming trip in September. The first pair had to be exchanged for a larger size- I followed the sizing chart on the original order and they were way too small. My advice would be to order a size up from what you think you would wear. They are lightweight, so I do believe they could be washed the night before and dry the next morning. As for travel, that review will have to wait.
These are versatile pants, work well for everyday and travel. Cute and casual, and with a good fit.
These are so comfortable, and even though I have put on weight due to illness they are stretchy and still feel wonderful. Material is heavier which I expected as they are a light colour. They are with the dressmaker to be shortened, it would be great to have them in different lengths.
